Begin 2011 with a bad habits.

1. A kind of laziness towards photography. Sometimes it may picture my attitude. A low self esteem to participate, for instance when they shoot a picture in front of subject, i just shoot from far without looking to the ability and type of lens.
2. Lost focus, theoretically it seems like easy. On paper things like aperture, focal length, shutter speed or ISO like swallow a liquid. But once hold the tool, everything i learnt gone. Zero knowledge!
3. Easily give up. Yes when i failed to capture a clear and sharp image, or a clean background, i feel like to sell the toy.
4. What else? any negatives? let me think it further.

Below are some photos taken during my friend's outdoor photo-shoot. Now i learn that photography is just not by pressing the button, but using a brain (physic optic) and physical part namely; mosquitoes, hot sun, rain, good critics by teachers to teach a stubborn students, the itchy grass, sweat, smoke, and last but not least people perception that may think that you are crazy enough.

And photojournalism, absolutely my interest, where photography make you look the Allah's creatures and think about Him. As Allah said in Aali-Imran verse 190, i let you to check by yourself =)

It was my first outing, a priceless experience, the images are not so important compared to the process of learning.A Photograph Never Grows Old. You and I change, people change all through the months and years, but a photograph always remains the same. How nice to look at a photograph of mother or father taken many years ago. You see them as you remember them. But as people live on, they change completely many years ago. You see them as you remember them. But as people live on, they change complete!
